Integrations Overview

hyreflow wraps 46 third-party recruiting/GTM vendors (plus 3 first-party hyreflow Natives) behind one metered API. Each integration is a thin Python adapter paired with a playbook the agent reads before acting. Pick by the stage of the pipeline you're on, source, enrich, qualify, sequence, then push to the ATS.

By category

Connecting one of these yourself, in Integrations, needs the Starter plan or above. They run on your own vendor account, so they cost 0 credits to use, "free" in the groupings above is the credit rate, not the plan. Bullhorn, Vincere, Aircall, ZoomInfo and TrackerRMS are not self-serve yet: they still show on the Integrations page, marked as such, and you can ask us to enable one. JobAdder connects self-serve via OAuth: register an app in your own JobAdder account, paste its Client ID + Client Secret into the JobAdder card, then click Connect.

Waterfalls

You rarely call one provider directly for sourcing or enrichment. The engine walks a house order and owns dedup, paging, and the first-hit cutoff:

• people_search: aiark → prospeo → lemlist → apollo → exa → serper (the last two search the public web, and only for a query scoped to a company, they cover the small/new companies the people databases have no rows for yet)
• email_enrichment (work): prospeo → fullenrich → lusha → wiza
• personal_email: leadmagic → fullenrich → wiza

BYOK clients can reorder: their own key moves to the front. Connecting your own key for a data provider Hyreflow also resells needs the Essential plan or above; a data provider Hyreflow does not resell is connectable on any plan.

Pricing and balances

Pricing and spend are always tracked in Hyreflow credits, see Credits & billing for balances, top-ups, and per-method rates. A provider's own account meter is a separate pool that belongs to whoever owns the key connected to it. On a provider you've connected yourself (BYOK), that provider's balance/usage method reads your own account. On a Hyreflow-managed provider, that method isn't available, there's no account of yours for it to read.

When your intent matches one of the recipes, tools search names it alongside the tools, with a link to read it. A recipe is the validated plan for that whole task, the filter shapes, the order and the cost traps, so it's worth reading before assembling the steps yourself.
