Plans
Monthly credits, seats, and what each plan unlocks.
A plan grants credits every month and sets how many teammates can share the workspace. Free is a one-time grant with no way to buy more; every paid plan can top up on top of its monthly grant. A workspace with beta access keeps top-ups, its own keys for managed data providers, and its current seats while on Free.
| Plan | Credits/mo | Monthly | Annual | Seats | Adds |

Annual is billed upfront; credits are still granted monthly, not all at once. Unused plan credits carry over up to 2× the plan's monthly allotment, and each grant adds on top of the carry-over, so a balance reaches at most 3× your monthly credits. While the carry-over sits above the cap, the grant is reduced by the excess; a balance above 3× is trimmed to it at the next grant.
Purchased credits never expire. The rollover cap only trims unused plan credits: a top-up you bought stays in your balance until you spend it, on any plan, indefinitely.
Changing plans
- Upgrading applies immediately: you're charged the prorated difference and your new monthly credit grant and seat limit take effect right away.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately. You keep your current plan's credits and seats until then, plus a 1-month grace period after the downgrade lands before any plan credits above the new plan's rollover cap expire, which is enough time to spend down an excess balance rather than lose it.
- Cancelling keeps your plan, credits and seats until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace drops to Free. Your remaining balance stays: you keep every credit you have and simply stop receiving monthly grants.
- A failed payment does not cut you off. Your plan, seats and balance keep working while the card is retried, but no new monthly credits are granted until the payment succeeds.
Enterprise is sales-assigned: contact sales rather than checking out self-serve.
